Alexander Isak was on target as Liverpool claimed a well deserved 0-2 victory against West Ham United, MySportDab reports.
The Reds finally bounce back to winning ways after having a long run of bad results which placed Arne Slot job at risk.
First Half Report
Arne Slot came into this match with his job being on the line after a poor run of form which placed him in a bad spot.
Liverpool started off well by dominating play and doing everything they could to get themselves ahead of their opponent.
The West Ham United side couldn’t do much as they were subjected to defending and making sure they did not go down.
The first half ended with both teams unable to change a scoreline which stayed 0-0 as they finished 45 minutes.
Second Half Report
The game resumed with more needed to be done by both teams who looked good enough with the scoreline still goalless.
However, Alexander Isak broke the deadlock through a wonderful goal which was assisted by Cody Gakpo as things turned 0-1 in the 60th minute.
Lucas Paqueta was shown a second yellow in the 84th minute before Cody Gakpo scored a late goal in additional time to make it 0-2.
Liverpool ended up claiming a 0-2 victory against West Ham United which ease off the pressure from Arne Slot after losing heavily against PSV.
