Akor Adams scored on his Super Eagles debut as Nigeria secured a 1-2 victory against Lesotho, MySportDab reports.
It was a struggle for the Super Eagles to put things together while the Crocodiles did ensured their defending was perfect.
First Half Report
The game started off with so much being pushed forward from both ends as they fancy their chances of taking three points.
Lesotho did more depending as it was expected based off the quality both teams had on the pitch which was very different.
Nothing was working out for Nigeria either as they kept on making some errors with their passes while also coming close at some point.
The first half ended with both National team playing 0-0 after 45 minutes of action before they headed for the break.
Second Half Report
They resumed with more tactical changes from both coaches who wanted to see their team get the breakthrough.
William Troost Ekong converted from the penalty spot in the 55th minute which saw things turned 0-1 as they pushed on.
Substitute Akor Adams doubled the advantage with a beauty which was assisted by Victor Osimhen in the 80th minute which made it 0-2.
Kalake pulled one goal back in the 83rd minute, but it wasn’t enough as Nigeria claimed a 1-2 victory against Lesotho.
