Bruno Guimarães scored a late winner as Newcastle United claimed a 2-1 victory against Fulham, MySportDab reports.
Both teams needed the victory so badly that they did well enough from kickoff to the ending which was filled with action.
First Half Report
It was a fair kickoff between them as they pushed in search of what would be beneficial to them while going forward.
The home side took the lead after a wonderful finish from Jacob Murphy who made sure his finish put it 1-0.
Newcastle United were on the lead 1-0 in the 18th minute. It wasn’t an easy one for Fulham as they needed to find a way back into the match.
Nothing else was coming through as both teams had everything on lockdown until the additional time came in.
They stayed with the same 1-0 scoreline after 45 minutes of action which left a lot still needed to be done by both teams.
Second Half Report
More action from the second half saw a lot happen until Lukić pulled back level in the 56th minute with a wonderful goal.
It was 1-1 between both teams as they carried on with action. Bruno Guimarães scored in the 90th minute which ensure the home side restored their lead 1-2.
Newcastle United ended up claiming a 1-2 victory against Fulham which gave them three points after 90 minute of action.
