Enzo Maresca have confirmed the return Liam Delap who has been injured for a while, MySportDab reports.
The Blues manager earlier confirmed the player was nearing a return despite being scheduled to return in December.
Things are looking good but is still expected not to be rushed as Maresca is taking all necessary precautions to avoid any further situations.
Chelsea are preparing for their game against Sunderland this weekend and they want to have all their players available.
The plan is to protect every players as much as possible to make sure there isn’t any injury problem going forward.
According to report from Nizaar Kinsella, he confirmed Maresca comments on Liam Delap return from injury.

“We don’t have any new injuries. Liam took part in the session with the team yesterday for the first time.
“He is not going to be available for tomorrow’s game but the next one (Wolves in the cup), yes.”
Things are shaping out to be good as the World Champions will be needing all available players with the December period approaching.
Liam Delap is expected to return against Wolves in their Carabao Cup tie which is another big one they need to win.
