Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace as Portugal thrashed Armenia 0-5 in their FIFA World Cup qualifiers, MySportDab reports.
Joao Felix also scored a brace as the Portuguese national team made sure they claimed crucial three points after 90 minute.
First Half Report
It was a good start for Portugal who took the lead in the 10th minute after Joao Cancelo wonderful assist was finished off by Joao Felix.
The game was 0-1 without any wasting of time from the Portuguese national team as they carried on pressing for more.
Cristiano Ronaldo doubled the advantage with a goal in the 21st minute after a good assist from Pedro Neto which made it 0-2.
Another goal came in the 33rd minute in which saw Joao Cancelo scored a beauty which put the scoreline to 0-3.
It was clear Armenia were no match as they headed inside for the break with the scoreline staying at 0-3.
Second Half Report
The resumption of the match saw more action with both teams doing everything possible to ensure they make things happen.
The game became 0-4 in the 46th minutes after another stunner from Cristiano Ronaldo who increased his overall tally.
Joao Pedro made it 0-5 and a brace for himself which came in the 62nd minutes as the match pushed on further.
Portugal ended up claiming maximum three points in the match which finished with a 0-5 result after 90 minute.
