Marcus Rashford scored a brace as Barcelona claimed a 1-2 victory against Newcastle United, MySportDab reports
It was a smooth victory for the Spanish side who claimed all three points in their opening La Liga match.
First Half Report
It was a big game at the St James Park which the Premier League side came prepared to make things happen for themselves.
The first half was a close one between both teams who pushed with everything possible to try and click together.
Scoring proved difficult for them as they continued pushing on until the first half came to a conclusion with them staying 0-0.
Second Half Report
The second half resumed with Barcelona taking the lead through Marcus Rashford wonderful finish which made it 0-1.
The goal was assisted by Jules Kounde as they Spanish side took the needed advantage which came in the 58th minutes.
Rashford doubled the lead with another goal which came in the 67th minute as things turned 0-2 and also his brace.
There was more action which saw Anthony Gordon scored a late one in the 90th minute which made sure it was 1-2 and assist from Murphy.
Barcelona claimed all three points from a 1-2 victory against Newcastle United to kickoff their Champions League campaign.
