Erling Haaland was on target again for Manchester City as they claimed a 2-0 victory against 10 men Napoli, MySportDab reports
The Italy side played most of the game with one player down after Di Lorenzo was sent off for a rash foul.
First Half Report
The first 45 minutes was a strong one between both teams who had opportunities but failed to put them into good use.
Napoli were lucky enough to see themselves hold play despite the pressure they were faced with all through the game.
Di Lorenzo saw himself getting a red card after VAR reviewed his tackle on Erling Haaland which saw his side being reduced by one player.
Both teams finished the first half with the scoreline staying 0-0 which wasn’t expected due to the huge advantage to City.
Second Half Report
The deadlock was broken in the 56th minute through an Erling Haaland goal with assist from Phil Foden which made sure things between them became 1-0.
The Italian club did managed to held on the play for a bit with their one player disadvantage clearly all over them.
Jeremy Doku doubled the advantage in the 65th minutes after a linkup from play with Tijjani Reijnders who provided the assist as it turned 2-0.
Manchester City made sure they finished the job by claimed a 2-0 victory which made sure it was a clean three points for them.
