Newly signed Real Betis forward Antony had so much to say concerning his experience with Manchester United, MySportDab reports.

The Brazilian recently completed a permanent move to Spain where he spent the part of last season on loan.

The move to Spain came on transfer deadline after front and back negotiations with Manchester United.

Antony had already approved everything needed to make his move permanent, but it was held back for a while over some issues.

The player decided on also taking a pay cut just to ensure his move comes to reality after tasting regular playing time.

The move is now completed and the player already announced and unveiled as new signing with Real Betis.

According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the comments which came from the player during his interview.

Antony broke down in tears speaking at his Real Betis presentation…

“What happened in Manchester, only I know how difficult it was. I’m sorry. Training separately, but that’s part of life. I knew this moment would come. It’s in the past.” pic.twitter.com/gt0OOcYVxm

Here Is What He Said:

“I’ve been very anxious every day. On Sunday it was early to travel, but I always made it very clear that my first choice was Betis or Betis, I had no other option.

“When we knew we were going to travel, I spoke to my mother and sister, they were all crying.

“What happened in Manchester, only I know how difficult it was. I’m sorry”.

“Training separately, but that’s part of life. I knew this moment would come. It’s in the past”.

The player had it rough during his time at Manchester United which became worst after Ruben Amorim appointment.

Antony is hopeful to put his past behind and make good of his time with Real Betis where he hope to someday get a big move.
