Rodrygo move to Tottenham has been one of the major talks in the recent weeks which have gathered attention, MySportDab reports.
The Brazilian was earlier placed in the transfer market by Real Madrid who made it clear he won’t get a starting place.
So many clubs have shown interests in making a move happen, but none were able to make an approach.
Tottenham came into the picture as strong interest was established by the side who wanted to make a move.
There were also talks of an offer being made by the a London club who wanted to get the Real Madrid player.
According to Ben Jacobs, he has clarified the situation concerning the player and move to Tottenham.

“Suggestions Spurs have placed a formal bid for Rodrygo are wide of the mark.
“As of Tuesday morning, Real Madrid have received no bids from any club.
“Real are still prepared to sell if Rodrygo informs them he wishes to leave.
“Player has now met Xabi Alonso and did not hand in a transfer request.
“Open situation, with Rodrygo being offered to several clubs in case he decides to exit.
The player have made a decision which have shutdown any further claims or possibilities in this summer window.
