Liverpool have reached an agreement to sign Giovanni Leoni from Parma this summer, MySportDab reports.
Talks had been going on for some days with the Premier League side who wanted to get a deal done.
It was delayed a bit despite reaching an agreement on personal terms with the young defender who gave the greenlight.
Liverpool were able to reach an agreement with Parma who rejected a first offer that was made to them due to lower fee.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed an agreement has been reached between both club to sign the defender.

The player is already on his way for medical and other process needed to ensure his move becomes official as a new signing with the Premier League Champions this summer.
Giovanni Leoni will be announced and unveiled in the coming days and won’t be able to take part in Liverpool opening game of the season.
