Nigeria D’Tigress beat Mali 78-64 to win their 5th Women’s AfroBasket title in a row, MySportDab reports.

The final was a massive one as both teams edged out Senegal and Sudan respectively in their semi final clashes.
D’Tigress started so well by making sure they knocked in every points needed to create a long gap.
The first quarter was a strong one in which the Mali side dominated and scaled through with 21-26 against Nigeria.
It was a different showdown from the second quarter which saw the Champions out up a strong display to finish 20-15.
The action kept coming from the 3rd quarter which was still for the Nigerians who made sure it was another strong finish.
The 3rd quarter scoreline was still 20-15 making sure there was enough gap between both of them after the end.
The game was finalized with a good scoreline in the fourth quarter which was 17-8 ensuring it was one sided affair all through the minute played.
D’Tigress of Nigeria made sure they finished the game with 78-64 against Mali which saw them claimed the 2025 women’s AfroBasket title.
