Juventus Offer Man United Three Players For Jadon Sancho

Serie A giants Juventus have doubled down on their attempt to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United, MySportDab reports.

Sancho is back in the United fold after Chelsea refused to trigger the buy-out clause in his contract after his loan spell.

MySportDab understands the Blues were open to a permanent deal for the English winger after his optimal loan spell but couldn’t reach an agreement on wage terms.

Sancho is among the top earners at Manchester United with a weekly wage of £300,000 and couldn’t obviously fit into Chelsea’s wage scale who have top players earning an average of £200,000.

The wage gap proved the final straw that stalled the move to have him become the Blues’ permanent player with Juventus now stepping into the gap.

The Old Ladies are understood to be very intentional in their move to sign him.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Serie A giants have made available three attacking options for a potential swap deal with United for the player.

Leading the list is Brazilian attacker Douglas Luiz, who is no stranger to the Premier League, having plied his trade with Fulham.

Luiz has been down the pecking order at Juventus since last season and is open to leaving this summer.

Another in the list is Serbian forward Dusan Vlahovic. Vlahovic is considered out of Juventus’ project and is available to leave this summer.

USA international and George Weah’s son Timothy Weah is also on the list.

This underscores Juventus’ resolve to have Sancho. However, we understand the players’ wages could still be the problem.

He reportedly wants £250,000 as wages and the Old Ladies aren’t ready to cover that. Meanwhile, United have already slapped a £40m price tag on his head and are open to his permanent transfer exit.
