It was a good encounter for both teams who commenced their preparations ahead of the new season coming up in August.
For Ruben Amorim side, it was their first match coming back from last season which wasn’t a good one for them.
Some new signings had their opportunities to get minutes and did well enough from the moment they had their time.
It was a struggle all through for both teams who couldn’t break the deadlock against themselves after 45 minutes.
The match carried on well with a lot more expectations to see what they could make happen in the second half.
There was still nothing happening despite it being another new team playing against the newly promoted side.
No goal was recorded and Manchester United had a penalty call which was ignored as things pushed on forward.
