Chelsea are looking to make an offer to seal off Xavi Simons move from RB Leipzig this summer, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League club have been working hard to make sure they make a move happen for the Netherlands international.
Talks had been going on for sometime between Chelsea and RB Leipzig who are looking at a suitable deal which will enable the player move to the Premier League.
It was earlier claimed that the German club asked on players from the Chelsea team to add into their negotiations.
However, such talks didn’t go anywhere as it was confirmed that a direct deal is the only thing being talked about.
According to report from Ben Jacobs, he confirmed that Chelsea are now ready to make their offer for the player.

“Celsea are preparing their first offer for Xavi Simons!
“Chelsea, Xavi and the player’s camp are optimistic about a possible deal after the talks so far. Leipzig want £60m including add-ons.
A move still remain likely to happen as discussions are still going on between both clubs who are involved.
Xavi Simons gave the greenlight concerning the move since the approach was made earlier after RB Leipzig decided on selling.
