Chelsea And 4 Others Hit With UEFA FINE Over FFP Regulations

Chelsea and four other European teams have been fined by UEFA over breaching FFP regulations, MySportDab reports.

The Premier League club and Aston Villa were both on the list of teams that was fine by the body today.

Chelsea have been working hard to get their books right with massive businesses being done since the takeover.

There have been major works and numerous talks of them getting fined and unable to clear themselves from the red tape.

Others teams who find themselves in this situation include Barcelona who are facing troubles themselves.

According to report from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the price and teams which were hit by UEFA.

Here Is What Was Said:

“Aston Villa, Barcelona , Chelsea, AS Roma and Lyon are all fined by UEFA for breaching financial Fair Play regulations.

Chelsea: 20M€
Barcelona: 15M€
Lyon: 12.5M€
Aston Villa: 11M€
Roma: 3M€

Lyon have been in some sort of problems after they were confirmed to been relegated over financial troubles in the League.

Clubs who are fined will be under close watch as they will need to get things right to avoid further issues.

Chelsea is the club with the highest fine that they will look to clear up and avoid any future problems going into the new season.
