Arsenal have made their offer to sign Chelsea Noni Madueke this summer transfer window, MySportDab reports.
The Gunners are looking to capture another player from their fellow London side after signing Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Talks had been going on for a while between both clubs involved with the move as they want to come to an agreement.
Chelsea are open to the fact that they need to allow some player leave to accommodate new signing this summer.
Meanwhile, the Gunners need more firepower and depth to their team as they looked ready to go for the Premier League title.
According to report from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed that Arsenal have made their offer to sign the forward.

“Arsenal have submitted initial bid for Noni Madueke around £50m package, add-ons included.
“Chelsea want more than £50m fixed as Elanga/similar deals remain their reference.
“Good relationship between clubs as talks continue, Madueke agreed terms with Arsenal.
The talks hasn’t hit advance stage yet as they will look to see if the offer brought in is suitable enough for them.
The England international have also seen his game time reduced in Chelsea last two games which they won with ease.
