Transfer News Update on Pogba, Gyokeres, Williams, Others

Paul Pogba is set to return to footballing action after his ban and could be back to Champions League action next season. Follow us are we take you through the latest transfer stories as they break. 

Pogba to Monaco update

Monaco are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign the player this summer with talks advancing between both parties.

 

Close sources have revealed the player has begun preparations for the move and has acquired a new apartment close to Monaco in anticipation of the move.

Elsewhere, the Ligue 1 giants are also close to agreeing a deal with Barcelona for Ansu Fati.

Viktor Gyokeres and Bryan Mbeumo updates

Arsenal have overtaken Manchester United in the race for Viktor Gyokeres. The Gunners have reportedly opened talks for the player who has chosen them over Man United.

United are also set to lose out in the race for Bryan Mbeumo. Tottenham are now leading the race for the player, offering £70million to Brentford – £10million more than United’s offer.

It is understood United won’t go beyond their £60million valuation of the player and are ready to back off as a result.

Meanwhile, Ruben Amorim’s side have advanced in their move for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike.
