The Indiana Pacers secured their spot in the 2025 NBA Finals with a commanding 125-108 win over the New York Knicks on Saturday, clinching the Eastern Conference Finals 4-2, MySportDab Reports.

This marks Indiana’s first Finals appearance in 25 years and just the second in franchise history.

Pascal Siakam led the charge with 31 points and was named Eastern Conference Finals MVP, bouncing back strongly from a quiet Game 5.

Tyrese Haliburton added a 21-point, 13-assist double-double, shaking off early struggles to help the Pacers dominate in the second half.

After a closely contested first half that ended 58-54, Indiana broke the game open with a 9-0 run to start the third quarter and never looked back. Back-to-back threes from Andrew Nembhard and Thomas Bryant pushed the lead to 15, and the Pacers entered the final period up 92-77.

Seven Indiana players scored in double digits, including Obi Toppin with 18 off the bench and Bryant with 11, as the Pacers’ bench outscored New York’s 38-20. Indiana capitalized on 18 Knicks turnovers, converting them into 34 points.

New York, seeking their first Finals berth since 1999, couldn’t replicate their Game 5 defensive performance. OG Anunoby led the Knicks with 24 points, Karl-Anthony Towns posted 22 points and 14 rebounds, and Jalen Brunson contributed 19 points and seven assists.

With the win, the Pacers advance to face the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals, beginning Thursday in OKC.

“We always find a way,” said Siakam. “Tonight, we showed who we are.”
Haliburton added: “I’m just so proud of this group. We responded the right way.”

The Pacers now stand just four wins away from their first-ever NBA championship.
