Liam Delap has been dropped by the England U21 after signing with Chelsea this summer from Ipswich Town, MySportDab reports.
The squad list was announced today by Lee Carsley who confirmed the absence of the new Chelsea signing.
It was expected that the young striker would compete at the Euro U21 tournament which will kickoff in few weeks.
The 23 man squad list was unveiled today by the head coach as they look to defend a title they won last time out.
