Chelsea have unveiled their new signing Dario Essugo who completes a move from Sporting Lisbon, MySportDab reports.
The midfielder is another top talent who was acquired from the Portuguese League some months ago.
The deal was already completed long ago between both parties who were involved in negotiating the deal.
Is yet another new signing after Mamadou Sarr was unveiled by the London club for a deal which was done with Strasbourg.
The New player is expected to also join the squad for the FIFA Club World Cup expected to happen in the United States of America.
Chelsea unveiled Dario Essugo today as a new signing with the club on a long term deal which will run until 2033.
Here Is What Essugo Said:
‘I’m very happy. ‘It’s a big step to make early in my career. Every player dreams of getting to a big club and Chelsea is no exception.
‘It’s a massive club and I’m feeling proud and very happy to be here.
‘Honestly, Chelsea showed big interest in me. When that happens, you can’t turn it down.
‘When my dad told me Chelsea were interested I was very happy and here we are now!
‘Cobham has great facilities, great infrastructure and equipment.
‘There are a lot of people working here at the club and that is something really important.
‘I’ve received a really warm welcome from everyone so its started off very well.’
Dario Essugo will get his opportunity with Chelsea during the club World Cup before any decision will be made for the new season.
