Chelsea have confirmed a new shirt number for Cole Palmer ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, MySportDab reports.
The club earlier confirmed new signing Liam Delap number after completing his move from Ipswich Town.
The London club are already making their preparation for what is ahead of them and the new season.
Numbers are being changed and others being done to ensure they sort out the minor issues going forward.
The team is already looking forward to competing at the club World Cup in which they hope to win this year.

Chelsea confirmed today that they have decided to change Cole Palmer number and hand him a new one ahead of the club world cup.

“Chelsea can confirm Cole Palmer will move to the No.10 shirt ahead of our 2025/26 campaign, starting from the FIFA Club World Cup.
“Palmer, who has worn the No.20 shirt since signing from Manchester City in September 2023, will make the switch ahead of our participation in the US-based tournament and could wear 10 for the first time when the Blues face Los Angeles FC in Atlanta on June 16.
The number was held by Mudryk who is currently serving ban from football after testing positive for ban substance.
