Xabi Alonso has confirmed his exit from Bayer Leverkusen amid a pending move to Real Madrid, MySportDab reports.
The never ending talk of leaving German is now looking set to happen after the confirmation was made today.
The work have already been going on off the scene after Real Madrid confirmed they will be letting go of Carlo Ancelotti.
It was earlier reported that Jurgen Klopp was in pole position to take over the job which he quickly turned down.
It was also claimed that the former Liverpool manager changed his mind, but by then it was already late.
The Spanish had already initiated talk with Xabi Alonso who is now getting ready to make his dream move.
According to report coming from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed the Leverkusen boss has confirmed he will leave his current team.
