He is also linked with a move to Madrid, but nothing has been pushed by the Spanish team who are focused on other targets.
Manchester City and Liverpool are said to be the only teams pushing right now to make sure they make something happen.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed comments which came from Pep Guardiola concerning the move.
