Manchester City have made their first offer to sign Tijjani Reijnder from AC Milan ahead of the summer window, MySportDab reports.
The Premier League club are now working towards getting things done after weeks of holding internal talks.
The player has been linked with numerous Premier League teams including Chelsea who wanted to sign him earlier.
City are now pushing with everything as they want to quicken the deal ahead of the upcoming club World Cup in June.
A move is likely possible to happen with Pep Guardiola looking to go big on Kevin de Bruyne replacement.
According to Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed an offer have been made to complete the move for the Netherlands International.
