Christopher Nkunku who almost joined Bayern Munich in the January window is among the names that would be leaving.
There is no agreement on ground but it is expected that the player won’t remain at Chelsea according to Fabrizio Romano.

“The plan has not changed since March: Christopher Nkunku and Chelsea are expected to part ways in the summer.
“After talks in January with Bayern interested, race opens again this summer with Nkunku keen on a new transfer.
The move is now looking likely to happen when the season comes to an end across all top Leagues in Europe.
Christopher Nkunku’s time at Chelsea has provided nothing with just two seasons played which was mostly as an injured player during the Pochettino era.
