Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace as Al Nassr beat Al Ittihad 4-2 in their final game of the 2023/24 season, MySportDab reports.

It was another game for the Portuguese legend who ensured he helped his side claimed all three points and set a record of 35 goals for a season.

The season closer came with a lot of entertainment which was provided for the home team all through the 90 minutes.

Al Ittihad gave a good account of themselves which ensure they held on fine going forward in the encounter away from their home.

The pressure continued flooding in from Al Nassr but they had to wait till additional time before Cristiano Ronaldo made it count 1-0.

There was nothing to happen as Al Nassr headed for the break with a 1-0 lead against Al Ittihad who couldn’t make much from themselves happen.

The second half resumed with some drama after Al-Manhali was sent off in the 66th minutes for the away side as things continued.

Another goal from Cristiano Ronaldo in the 69th minutes made sure Al Nassr doubled their advantage in the game to 2-0 going forward.

Another goal once again from the home side in the 78th minutes after Ghareed scored in stunner from the penalty spot making sure things became 3-0.

Al Ittihad did not go down easy as they started fighting back after a wonderful goal scored by Al-Shamrani 89th minute to make it 3-1.

Fabinho missed a penalty cut later ended up converting in the additional time to make sure things were cut further to 3-2.

Al Nassr put an end to the encounter after a wonderful finish from Al Nemer in the additional minutes which saw them claiming a 4-2 victory against Al Ittihad to end the season on a high.
