Jim Ratcliffe take over at Manchester United have hit another stage with Premier League set to make approval, MySportDab reports.

The approval process has been hit with positive boost ahead of the pending takeover from Jim Ratcliffe which is 25 per cent stake.
Manchester United owners took a long decision from ditching their plans of selling the club despite receiving more than the asking price.
The Glazers family decided on selling part of the club instead of their initial plan which they didn’t follow through after months of many bids.
The 25 per cent stake was what they settled for and decided to accept one made by Jim Ratcliffe which have since been put in pending.
The approval was supposed to have been approved, but the process was prolonged for some unknown reasons leading to this moment.
According to reports reaching us from TalkSport, they confirmed the process have advanced which is just needing the Premier League approval before everything is official.

“Manchester United are close to confirming Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s 25% takeover of the club.
“The £1.25bn deal will be subject to Premier League approval, which can take up to 8 weeks.
The takeover of Jim Ratcliffe is a part of a possible future full takeover which is being planned to happen in the coming future.
His 25 percent will see him make significant changes and also have some seats on the board involved in making changes.
He has also promised investment in bringing in success to the club which have already started with major key members leaving their jobs.
Jim Ratcliffe takeover is now expected to be official after the January window in 2024 which will see them get massive boost in the transfer market for the summer.
