The expected timeline for all the documents to be completed and sealed is 24 hours.
James Maddison will join Tottenham Hotspur to continue his career in English topflight after Leicester City were relegated from the Premier League in the just-concluded 2022/23 season.
The move will be a good addition to the squad as Spurs look to start strongly next season after losing out on all European places in the Premier League.
Elsewhere, Harry Kane has been linked to an exit from the club with Bayern Munich interested in signing the player.
The Bundesliga Champions have submitted a £70m bid for the England star which has been turned down by the club.
