Just three minutes into game, Liverpool’s early pressure yielded result with Curtis Jones with the opening goal.

Jones slot home Arnold’s cross from the back post to give Liverpool an early lead.

Two minutes after Curtis Jones opener, Luis Diaz doubled the lead in the 5th minute to make it 2-0.

Liverpool sank Spurs in the 15th minute with Mo Salah scoring a spot kick to extend the lead.

Romero brought down Gody Gakpo in the box and the penalty was awarded and Salah fired pass Forster to hit the Reds’ third goal.

However, Tottenham were able to reduce the deficit in the 39th minute when Harry Kane scored to make it 3-1 before the first half break.

Second Half Report

It was a near draw, but Diogo Jota salvage a win for the Reds when he hit a last-minute strike in the 90+5th minute secure a 4-3 win for Liverpool after the final whistle.
