Paris Saint-Germain will battle Bayern Munich in a top-rated Champions League round 16 clash on Tuesday, MySportDab reports.

The match is expected to be a showdown as PSG aim for their first ever Champions League title after falling to the Bundesliga giants in the 2020/21 final.

While Bayern Munich are six-times winners of the comptition, PSG are yet to have their hands on the Champions League trophy, and were denied in 2021 by the Bavarians.

Team News 

Kylian Mbappe will likely miss the game after picking up a harmstring injury against Montpellier. But there are reports have emerged he has returned to partial training and my likey feature for the Ligue 1 champions.

Lionel Messi and Marco Veratti are still doubts but may likely make the starting lineup according to Christoph Galtier.

Marquihos, Hakimi, Kimpembe, and Sergio Ramos are all expected to start, including Neymar

Bayern Munich will miss Sadio Mane who is still sidelined following his injury before the World Cup.

Manuel Neuer is also expected to miss the game after he suffered an injury after the World Cup and is ruled out for the rest of the season.

Sommer, a new goalkeeper signed by the Bavarians from Borussia Monchengladbach, will likely make his Champions League debut for the club.

Thomas Muller picked up a calf injury in the Bundesliga clash against Wolfsburg on Saturday and is a doubt for the game although he admitted it is minor injury.

Bayern Munich loan signing from Manchester City Joao Cancelo is expected to start for the Bavarians including Serge Gnabry
