First Half Report

Incredible stuff from both sides in the first 45 minutes which Manchester City came in the better of both sides moving forward in the encounter.

Chelsea were able to calm things and started dominating play against the side who didn’t give them any chance from the beginning of the encounter.

Opportunities flooded in for the London side on a couple of occasion which wasn’t put to good use despite how close they came to making it hit the back of the net.

Erling Haaland could have made it count but he was troubled along the way which saw his finish flying above to goalkeeper and resulted into nothing good for his side.

Chukwuemeka had the closest opportunity but his strike hit the wood work as Chelsea and Manchester City both headed inside after 45 minutes played with a 0-0 scoreline.

Second Half Report

The second half had more action coming from both of them who came in firing from all position looking to make something happen in the match against themselves.

Manchester City came in the second half as the better side bossing play and doing everything good in their power to make sure they took the lead which didn’t come.

Chelsea had their opportunities until they let their guard down which saw Riyad Mahrez tap in an easy finish in the 63rd minutes to make the scoreline 0-1 for the away side.

The game was a bit calm as Graham Potter had already made more substitution which saw Aubameyang coming off the game which he came on earlier as sub for Pulisic.

Chelsea couldn’t make anything happen as they ended the match losing 0-1 against Manchester City after 90 minutes of football at Stamford Bridge.
