Erling Haaland scored as Manchester City beat Girona 2-0 in a friendly match, MySportDab reports.

It was an amazing game from both teams who gave it all their best but it wasn’t enough as one team benefitted more from the match.

First Half Reports

Manchester City started the game as the better of both sides in the 45 minutes which saw Kevin De Bruyne scoring the opener in the 5th minute to make it 1-0.

The match progressed with Girona giving a good fight of their own going forward in the encounter but couldn’t get something for themselves in the game.

Erling Haaland doubled the advantage in the 19th minute of the game making it 2-0 as the game carried on with a lot coming from the Premier League Champions who dominated play.

There were some opportunities which could have resulted in a goal happening but none of them could make it happen from their end as they entered final minute left.

Nothing else happened in the game as it carried on with both of them pushing with everything in their power but it ended with Manchester City 2-0 Girona after 45 minutes.

Second Half Report

The second half wasn’t as free-flowing for Manchester City who had to fight more to make something happen as the early minutes didn’t favor them at any bit.

Girona were a lot more organized and composed as they did well enough holding things down while the match progressed hitting the one hour mark.

It was a better half for the Spanish side who kept things going as slow as they couldn’t make it in the first half which saw them conceding two goals.

They tried but it wasn’t enough as Manchester City claimed a 2-0 victory against Girona after 90 minutes of football which was played between the both of them.
