Arsenal claimed a 3-0 victory against Lyon in a friendly match which saw Edward Nketiah scored, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the game saw the Gunners scoring for fun against their opponent who stood no chances against them at any point.
Arsenal scored the opening goal in the 19th minute which came from Gabriel Magalhaes who was able to finish off neatly making the scoreline 1-0 as it carried on.
Lyon did have some opportunities of their own but couldn’t make anything happen as Edward Nketiah added another one in the 33rd minute of the game to make the scoreline 2-0 with more time left.
Another one happened again in the 39th minute of the game which came from Fabio Vieira who smashed one beating the goalkeeper to make the scoreline 3-0 with much more coming.
The first half came to an end with Arsenal taking an outstanding 3-0 advantage into the break against Lyon after 45 minutes of football which was played between the both of them.
Second Half Report
The second half was a bit dry from both teams who barely had so much to offer going forward as they were equally balanced and matched.
Lyon held on fine doing better than they did in the first half which they were conceding goals at any given attack coming from their opponent.
Arsenal maintained good composure as they did well enough to keep their scoreline the same as they approached the one hour mark of the game.
Nothing else happen despite how much effort they did put in going forward in attempt to do something that will change the scoreline which didn’t happen for them.
The match ended with Arsenal taking a 3-0 victory against Lyon after 90 minutes of football which was a good test for both teams who are currently on break due to the World Cup in Qatar.
