Uruguay played a goalless draw 0-0 against South Korea in a heated encounter at the FIFA World Cup 2022, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the game was cagey between both Nations who everything possible to score a goal but nothing happened between them.
Uruguay started well in the game which saw them naming an attack which had the likes of Darwin Nunez and Luis Suarez who caused so much trouble but couldn’t make anything happen.
South Korea also had their moments going forward in search of a goal which they couldn’t make happen also for themselves as they got close but the finishing was very bad.
Nothing else could change the scoreline which remained 0-0 as they entered the 40th minute and still couldn’t score a goal despite everything that happened between them for the encounter.
The first half ended with Uruguay 0-0 South Korea which sees them both heading for the 45 minutes break with the scoreline goalless between the both of them.
Second Half Report
The second half resumed with a lot happening from both of them going forward which kept the game competitive in the remaining 45 minutes.
Uruguay still couldn’t find a way of making something happen in the match which had a lot still coming from the two teams who find it difficult scoring any goal.
The match was too tight and tactical from every aspect which opportunities continued to come and South Korea almost made something happen, but the finishing wasn’t good enough.
The goal still did not come with them entering the 90th minute which they still couldn’t find a way of making anything come to reality in the encounter which carried on balanced between them.
The match ended with Uruguay 0-0 South Korea which saw them both settling for one point after after 90 minutes of football and additional time.
