Cristiano Ronaldo has sent a message to Manchester United fans after Manchester United hewed out a narrow 1-0 victory over Real Sociedad in Spain, MySportDab reports.
The Red Devils were less clinical and unsuccessful in stamping their dominance and controlling the game.
Real Sociedad effectively had the game under their firm grip and galvanized on the home advantage to mount pressure on the Red Devils.

However, Manchester United brought some class to bear as they curtailed the hosts’ chances and upset them early in the first half.
Garnacho scored his first goal for Manchester United after an assist from his idol Cristiano Ronaldo early in the first half.
Ronaldo picked his pace down the center-right towards the box before sending it to Garnacho on the left flank.
Garnacho raced down the box and lobbed it over the Real Sociedad goalkeeper to give Manchester United the lead.
Ronaldo took to his social media handle to send a message, thanking Man United fans for supporting the team despite difficult times this season.
“We move on, and we keep going after out goals this season! Thanks to our supporters, thet never give up on us!”
Manchester United endured a difficult start to the season but has witnessed immense improvement after 18 competitive matches so far.
They are fifth on the Premier League table and have qualified for the playoffs of the Europa League.
The Red Devils needed to win by two goals to top the group and qualify for round 16, but they settled for a 1-0 win, which will see them battle third-place teams from the Champions League to qualify for round 16.
