England has been hit with another injury blow after naming their final 2022 World Cup squad, MySportDab reports.
Gareth Southgate had named his find squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, but unfortunately, one member of the team – James Madison, has reportedly suffered an injury with days to go in the tournament.
James Maddison picked up an injury in Leicester City’s Premier League game against West Ham.

James Maddison went down, clutching onto his knee while West Ham was in possession of that ball, forcing the referee to stop the game.
The referee signaled Leicester’s medical team, who rushed into the pitch to attend to the 25-year-old as he cut a shocked figure sitting on the turf.
After a careful examination by the medics, it was concluded that he would not be able to continue, and he was withdrawn by Brendan Rodgers midway into the game.
Maddison had gave West Ham the lead just eight minutes into the game and was subbed off following the injury.
However, there were positive signs following the injury as he stood up and was able to walk to the tunnel without any assistance before joining other players on the bench.
Gareth Southgate has till Monday to make changes to the squad and may likely replace the 25-year-old if a scan confirms severe damages to his knee.
This will be a significant blow to the Leicester star, who had scored seven goals this season, and was hoping for his first major tournament with the Three Lions since 2019.
