Leroy Sane scored a brace as Bayern Munich thrashed Viktoria Plzen 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the game had the Bavarians doing the most when it came to scoring goals against their opponent.
Bayern Munich scored the opening goal in the 7th minute thanks to Leroy Sane exceptional finish with the assist coming from Jamal Musiala, who made it 1-0.
Viktoria Plzen continued with the game hoping to make something happen of their own which didn’t come as the home side doubled their lead in the 13th minute making it 2-0 from Serge Gnabry.
Another one followed through later in the 21st minutes of the game through an outstanding finish from Sadio Mane who was able to make it 3-0 as the match carried on.
Jamal Musiala scored another goal in the 36th minute of the game only for VAR to rule out the goal after a review was carried out by them.
That was the last action as the first half of the match ended with Bayern Munich taking a 3-0 advantage into the break against Viktoria Plzen.
Second Half Report
The second half started well, with the home side picking off from where they left things off in the first 45 minutes.
Bayern Munich was much eager to make something more happen as Leroy Sane outrageous goal made the scoreline 4-0 in the 50th minute.
Viktoria Plzen was very poor with their defending as they conceded another goal in the 59th minute of the game, which came from Choupo-Moting, who made it 5-0.
The game carried on with more opportunities being witnessed but nothing could be converted as they entered additional time.
The encounter came to an end with Bayern Munich taking a 5-0 victory after 90 minutes of football between them and Viktoria Plzen which was a well done game by the Bavarians.
