Thomas Tuchel has finally broken his long-held silence after his sack by Chelsea, MySportDab reports.

Thomas Tuchel was dismissed from his role as Chelsea manager after the Blues suffered a shocking 1-0 defeat to Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb.

The news came as a shock to pundits and football fans alike, who believed Todd Boehly should have given the German-born tactician enough time to gel the newly signed players brought into the team.

Meanwhile, Tuchel maintained a long-held silence concerning his sack and has not addressed the development, although he has been sharing messages on his social media handle.

The Champions League winner has finally broken his long-held silence after he took to his social handle to share his thoughts after the sack, he wrote;

“This is one of the most difficult statements I have ever had to write – and it is one I hoped I would not need to do for many years. I am devastated that my time at Chelsea has come to an end.”

“This is a club where I felt at home, both professionally and personally. Thank you so much to all the staff, the players and the supporters for making me feel very welcome from the start.”

“The pride and joy I felt at helping the team to win the Champions League and the Club World Cup will stay with me forever.”

”I am honored to have been a part of this club’s history, and the memories of the last 19 months will always have a special place in my heart.”

Graham Potter, former Brighton manager, has been appointed as new Chelsea manager on a five-year contract.

Thomas Tuchel won the Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, and the UEFA Super Cup with Chelsea before being sacked by the club.
