Manchester United Coach Erik Ten Hag has now punished his players for conceding goals in training, MySportDab reports.

For every goal conceded in training, all players in that team must now do press-ups as seen in the video at the end of this article.

Manchester United are currently in Bangkok for their pre-season tour and did their firs open training session on Monday.

Media brands were given access to the team training.

However, a video shared by BBC’s Simon Stone has now gone viral after showing how much discipline Ten Hag had put into United.

Ten Hag formed a ‘attack vs defence’ game with live six players on both sites for the 10,000 fans in stadium and used small nets.

During this session, whenever a goal was conceded, Ten Hag asked the players to drop and do their press-ups.

They all did took part in the instruction and fans were very impressed to see their team dedicated to the cause.

The clip has now gone so viral on social media and fans are happy.

One sport fan wrote: “I still remember doing this in school.”

Another fan wrote: “This is far better compared to Ole and Ralf.”

A third fan asked a good question: “Will they do this in a real game?”

Six first-team players left Manchester United at the end of last season, so ten Hag has a small squad to work with for now.

Ten Hag still plays to bring in new players this summer but the transfer progress so far has been very slow from United.

Only Tyrell Malacia has been signed for the Red Devils so far, and Eriksen is yet to be announced.
