Manchester United players have now officially resumed back for Pre-season training today, MySportDab reports.

De Gea, Luke Shaw, Phil Jones and others arrived at Carrington today on the first day ofErik ten Hag’s reign.

De Gea, Shaw and centre half Jones all reported for pre-season training after the long summer break.

Coach ten Hag arrived this morning at 8am at the training ground ready to get started.

Donny van de Beek and Anthony Martial also arrived back at Carrington for pre-season training.

The duo looked very happy after being out on loan last season.

Van De Beek and Martial failed to impress interim manager Ralf Rangnick and got sent out on loan to Everton and Sevilla respectively.

However, they will hope to get a chance for Manchester United next season.

Van de Beek arrived at the training ground with a smile after six months on loan at Everton, scoring one goal in seven matches.

The Holland international will hope to get more chances at United with the appointment of Ten Hag.

Since the 25-year-old joined arriving from Ajax for £40m in 2020, he has only started four Premier League matches.

Ten Hag has already confirmed his plans for Van de Beek as part of his squad next season.

Meanwhile, Anthony Martial is keen to prove his doubters wrong on his return after his loan at Sevilla.

The Frenchman has failed to live up to expectations at Old Trafford.

At Sevilla, he scored one goal 12 matches and the Spanish club refused to sign him permanently.

Manchester United are expected to keep the forward at the club for next season due to lack of interest from other clubs.

Another loan player back is Brandon Williams. He played for Norwich City last season with 29 matches.

However, Manchester United will consider offers to sell or loan the youngster this summer.
