OFFICIAL! Manchester City Reach Agreement For Kalvin Phillips

Manchester City has agreed to sign Kalvin Phillips from Leeds United, MySportDab reports.

Kalvin Phillips will undergo his medical, which will see him officially announced as a Manchester City player ahead of the new season.

Talks for a move were on for a long time, with many interests pouring in, but none of them could make anything happen despite making contact with his representatives.

The midfielder will replace Fernandinho, who recently announced his departure from the Etihad Stadium, which England International will come in to cover up.

Clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool were all in the race to sign Kalvin Phillips, but none could make that effort into opening talks.

According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed an agreement between Manchester City and Leeds United is reached with medical next up.

“Kalvin Phillips has already agreed with Manchester City on personal terms – as he turned down other clubs to work under Pep. Here we go.

“Man City will pay £42m, overall deal close to £50m with add-ons.

“Leeds United have accepted, as @David_Ornstein reported.

Manchester City will announce him as their second signing this summer window after completing for ae for Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian recently joined the Etihad side for €60 million from Borussia Dortmund amid heavy interest from other top clubs to make a move happen.

Kalvin Phillips is their latest acquisition this summer as Pep Guardiola is still doing everything to make sure he buildbuildsis team despite the quality they have.
