Italian Serie A giants Napoli have disclosed a possible replacement for one of their top strikers, Victor Osimhen,  MySportDab reports.

There have been rumours of the 23-year-old quitting the Serie A side with growing interest from other clubs.

Napoli is currently shopping for a replacement for the Former Wolfsburg striker as the player may likely quit the Italian League this summer.

Osimhen currently have three years remaining in his contract in Naples but may leave at the end of the summer.

The Nigerian forward has been a great addition to Napoli since joining the club for a record fee of €70million in 2020.

He has made a total of 115 club appearances with 48 goals, with most of the goals coming in his two years spell in Napoli.

The Nigerian international netted 10 goals in 24 appearances for the Italian giants in the 2020/2021 season.

He has increased his goals tally to three more goals in 25 appearances for Napoli this season.

Osimhen transfer from French Ligue 1 side Lille to Napoli in 2022 made the player the most expensive African striker.

Interest from other clubs in the highly-rated striker has grown, with top Premier League clubs like Tottenham reportedly interested in signing him.

In February, Napoli was reportedly keen and optimistic in convincing Victor Osimhen to stay at Naples, all to no avail.

According to Goal.com, Neapolitans are considering a move for Andrea Belloti, who is reportedly ready to leave Torino at the end of the summer.

Belloti will serve as a potential replacement for Osimhen if the Nigerian international choose to leave the club at the end of the season.

He has scored 8 goals in 21 appearances for Torino this season.
