Ollie Watkins and Raheem Sterling both scored as England beat 10-man Ivory Coast 3-0, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half had so much to offer in terms of entertainment and goals scored which saw the Three Lions getting the better of their opponent after 45 minutes.
Ivory Coast started off well making sure their defending was perfect against the side who gave them so much pressure as their attackers were busy flooding their defense.
England had to wait until the 30th minute before they scored the opening goal which came in through Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins who made it 1-0 for the home side going forward.
The game carried on with so much happening between both of them as Serge Aurier was shown a second yellow card in the 40th minute which resulted in him being sent off.
Raheem Sterling doubled the advantage for the Three Lions in the 45th minute after teaming up with Jack Grealish which turned the scoreline to 2-0 as it carried on.
The first half of the encounter ended with England 2-0 Ivory Coast as they both went inside for the break after an amazing 45 minutes of football played between them.
Second Half Report
The second half was surprisingly good for the Ivorians who made sure their defending was good despite going down one man.
England carried on with their advantage as they continued to ensure things kept going with them unable to make anything happen in front of the goal.
Ivory Coast continued to keep things good as they were able to organize themselves well despite them facing so much on the pitch already.
Tyrone Mings scored in the 90th minute plus additional time to make the scoreline 3-0 from an incredible finishing.
The match ended with England taking a 3-0 win against Ivory Coast as they made sure the friendly match ended in a win for them.
