FT: Man City 4-1 Fulham, Mahrez Bags BRACE! (VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS)

Riyad Mahrez scored a brace as Man City beat Fulham 4-1 to advance into the next round of Emirates FA Cup, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report 

Two goals were scored in the first half of the encounter which saw Manchester City dominating things all through as they also made good use of their opportunities.

Fabio Carvalho scored the opening goal in the 4th minute of the encounter as Fulham took the lead 0-1 against their opponent as it carried on.

Man City Fulham

Man City leveled things in the 6th minutes as Ilkay Gundogan finished off neatly to give his side a 1-1 scoreline with more opportunities coming through.

Another goal was scored in the 13th minute from John Stones who ensured it was looking good for Manchester City who took a 2-1 lead.

That goal was the last action as the first half ended with Man City 2-1 Fulham as they both went inside for the break with advantage to the home side.

Second Half Report

More coming from the Citizens who made sure their dominance carried on in the encounter which was already looking good for them with the advantage on their side.

Riyad Mahrez increased the lead for Man City in the 53rd minute after converting from the penalty spot which saw the scoreline turned 3-1 going forward.

Fulham pushed on doing more work as they hope to get another goal which didn’t happen for them with continuous wasted opportunities from both ends of the pitch.

Another goal in the 57th minute saw Mahrez making it his brace and scoreline 4-1 for his side who were looking unstoppable in the Emirates FA Cup clash as it carried on.

More opportunities but nothing happened as the encounter ended with Man City 4-1 Fulham which saw the home side advancing into the next round of the Emirates FA Cup.
