Reports of talks already going on between his agent Jorge Mendes and the Premier League club who are interested in making a move happen.

Joao Felix who made a record breaking move from Benfica to Atletico Madrid has been struggling for game time after falling out of favor with the manager.

The addition of Luis Suarez and now Antoine Griezmann has made things difficult for the Portuguese who barely get more time to play.

Jorge Mendes wants to facilitate a Premier League transfer for the Portuguese star who has been struggling in Spain.

Agent Jorge Mendes is hoping to facilitate a deal to get Joao Felix to Manchester City, according to report coming from the Calciomercato.

Mendes has already been in contact with City, and Pep Guardiola is said to be a fan as a move could possibly be on the table pending if an agreement is reached.

Manchester City do already have a backup plan, though, in Milan’s Rafael Leao, although the Serie A club would be difficult to persuade to sell.

The Premier League side have moved on from Harry Kane who they wanted to sign but Tottenham refuse to allow him leave despite personal terms agreed.

They are now looking at other possible transfer target which also includes Fiorentina striker Vlahovic who has been scoring goals for fun.

Erling Haaland is also on that list but it is not sure if the Norwegian want to join Manchester City over a move to Real Madrid or Manchester United.
