AC Milan and Inter Milan played out a 1-1 draw in the Milano Derby which saw the visitors Lautaro Martinez missed a penalty, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter was filled with so many talking points coming from both teams who did well enough under 45 minutes.
It was a good evenly balanced first 10 minutes in the Milan Derby which saw both teams giving so much defending and going forward.
Inter Milan took the lead in the 11th minute after Hakan Calhanoglu scored from the penalty spot to make the scoreline 0-1 for his side after a foul committed.
An own-goal by Stefan de Vrij gave AC Milan the leveler in the 17th minute of the first half as the scoreline turned 1-1 between both teams who continued to produce opportunities.
Lautaro Martinez failed to give his side the lead in the 27th minute after failing to convert from the penalty spot which could have made the scoreline 1-2 going forward.
Nothing could happen as they entered the final few minutes of the first half but nothing yet coming from both ends despite all the opportunities.
The first half ended with AC Milan and Inter Milan heading inside for the break with a 1-1 scoreline after an amazing 45 minutes of hostilities.
Second Half Report
The second half started out between the two teams with so much firepower going forward which was in an attempts for them to take the lead.
AC Milan maintained a good composure as the match carried on with them pushing forward creating opportunities which couldn’t be converted by them.
No goal was recorded with Inter Milan also trying all their best after seeing their best chance of taking the lead go away in the first half after Lautaro Martinez missed a penalty.
Nothing coming up as the Derby became more hostile as things didn’t change with them both growing angry without them being able to take the lead.
The match ended with AC Milan 1-1 Inter Milan as both teams settled for one points each in the Milano Derby.
