Chelsea have been linked with a couple of names which now sees them eyeing a possible move for Leicester City defender ahead of January.

Wesley Fofana is currently injured and the Blues are not looking at that as they see him as a good defender who could fill up the space left by Kurt Zouma.

The defender has been exceptional since making the move to Leicester City who has seen him put up some outstanding performance.

He is now being linked with a move away from the Foxes who will be doing everything to make sure he remains with them.

The Blues are not put off by the centre-back’s long-term injury which has seen him sidelined for a long time till date.

Chelsea are seeking a move for Leicester City defender Wesley Fofana, according to claims coming from the Foot Mercato.

Fofana, 20, has not played in the Premier League this campaign due to a fibula injury sustained in the preseason which he is still yet to recover from.

However, he impressed in his 28 appearances last year and remains on the Blues’ radar for a possible move which could happen.

Chelsea are also keen on other names like Pau Torres, Niklas Sule, and Jules Kounde who almost joined them during the summer transfer window.

Thomas Tuchel already have a solid squad packed with so many options in every position which will see any new incoming player struggle to get regular playing time.

Although with Cesar Azpilicueta and Thiago Silva getting old, they are already planning ahead with Wesley Fofana likely to replace either of them.
