A brace from Roberto Firmino ensured Liverpool finishing off their preseason with a 3-1 victory against Osasuna, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The Reds ensured the first half was all about them getting the job done as they dominated things and made sure the goals were multiple.
An own goal from Osasuna Jesus Areso gave the Reds a 1-0 lead which came in the 14th minute of the game after an amazing attack saw Minamino striker deflected into the net.
Liverpool continued to dominate things as the match carried on with Roberto Firmino making it 2-0 in the 21st minute with a stunning finish which extended the lead further.
More from the Premier League side who added another goal in the 41st minutes which was scored once again by Roberto Firmino who made the scoreline 3-0.
The first half of the encounter came to an end with Liverpool 3-0 Osasuna, as they both headed for the break with the Premier League side taking a huge advantage against their opponent.
Second Half Report
The second half wasn’t that an easy one for the Reds who were unable to replicate their performance from the first 45 minutes which was fantastic coming from them.
Liverpool dominated things despite having the lead as the game carried on with more opportunities being created by both teams who were very good.
It wasn’t just a push-by for Osasuna who also made sure they cause some trouble for their opponent who saw more of the ball and controlled the entire outcome of the friendly match.
Kike was able to pull one back for the Laliga side in the 70th minute of the game after an amazing play saw them getting a consolation goal which made the scoreline 3-1.
The match carried on with nothing else coming out of it as it ended with Liverpool 3-1 Osasuna, which saw Jurgen Klopp’s side claiming a massive win to end their Preseason.
