Ahmed Musa’s new club has been confirmed as Turkish Super Lig club Fatih Karagumruk, MySportDab reports.
The Nigerian footballer signed a two-year contract with the Turkish club on Thursday.
Speaking to BBC Sport about his new club Fatih Karagumruk, Ahmed Musa said: “I am impressed with the club’s philosophy, and they are a very ambitious club.
“They made me feel wanted and that’s very important for me. I want the faith that have now put in me. I can’t wait to meet and train with my new team mates.”
Ahmed Musa did not have a club for some time after leaving Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr as a free agent.
During his time at Al Nassr, he helped the Saudi Arabian club win both the Saudi Pro League and the Super Cup.
However, Musa was eager to find a new club in Europe and play professional football again.
He is determined to play more active football to be prepared for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations finals in Cameroon.
Musa is now back in Europe after a short time playing for Nigeria Professional Football League club Kano Pillars.
The Super Eagles player received good offers from other clubs but decided to join Fatih Karagumruk.
Ahmed Musa will now play at his new club for the 2021-22 professional football season.
