Arsenal are eager to make a move for suspended Andre Onana who is likely to come back from his ban from football, MySportDab reports.

The Gunners are currently looking to make a move for a new goalkeeper with them hoping to find a better number two for Leno.

Andre Onana is subject to a move to Arsenal this summer despite being out serving a ban imposed on him by FIFA both for club and country.

Chelsea was earlier linked with a move for the Cameroon International until they had to switch for Edouard Mendy of Senegal.

The Gunners will be hoping his ban can be lifted as they attempt to make a move for the Ajax short stopper this summer.

Despite the addition of Matt Ryan from Brighton and Hove Albion, Mikel Arteta is still not okay with his number two for Leno.

They will be hoping to land a move for Andre Onana with his ban looking to play a huge role in whether the move will go through or not.

His recent off field activities which involved drug case led to the goalkeeper being ban by football body after a test confirmed he took what he should have.

Arsenal will be hoping to get a move done with hopes of the ban being lifted so he can complete the switch this summer window.
